A new weeek begins :)

So I have not wrote on here for a few days so ill be writing now right before work at 3. I am feeling better a still have a nasty cough and my chest hurts a little but ill live. This weekend flew by most likely because I worked 14 hours :) .. Goooood Money though. Went to Cumleys with the roomies this weekend Had a great time. We dont go out and get drunk we usually go have one or two beers and we are there for like 3 or 4 hours talking. It is so much fun. We talk and laugh, it reveals alot of built up stress during the week. The above picture is a photo of me and my roomies the night we went out for our christmas dinner right before finals. We went to Blue Fin which i strongly suggest they have great sushi (plus other food) plus great drinks :) ... Also would like to clear up the flaw comments in previous blog my mom asked me last night if it is about her. It is not about anyone in this family they are just my thoughts. Sometimes i come across people who really irriate me because they like to point out others flaws and think they have none. I mean I know i am a litte crazy sometimes, ridiculous most the time and a pain in the aSs all the time to my family :) haha so I embrace it.. Its me I cant really change me just for anyone.;.. then I wouldnt be liz and you all would think i am boring hahahahahha I bring charisma to the family i think haha (UJ) i think you agree.

This is a picture I wouldnt just to add from dinner the night i went out with my roomates. This is what I got very very good sushi :) .. Today i only had two classes so mondays are pretty easy for me. Tuesday I am working out with sister lilly at the co-rec, running, biking and some swimming to help makes us not so sore. I really do not have any big plans this weekend other than i work friday, saturday and sunday once again :) . Well till next time :)

What A shitttttty DAY!

Okay so actually sitting in my 9am class right now which is a power hour.. And I am sure it is going to go slow and really slow since lilly isnt here to help make fun of the teacher with me. Woke up this mourning with a nasty cold right out of the blue. Worked service last night till close and was feeeling fine.  Then I wake up today and cant hardly breathe or talk.

Roads are awful today hopefully they get bettter. This is 1 of three classes today. Lunch with my friend christine at 1130 that should be a goood time. All I really wanna do it nap! But I am doing this new thing where I am trying not to miss a class this semester. Later today letting day look at my car because my front left tire is a little low :(.

Okay so the proffesor, which is name is Bert Useem And i had him for soc 328 just walked in and I have to admit he is one of my favs I took this class because he is teaching it and lilly is in it with me. We will be visiting a correctional facility this semester in this class and I am super excited about it.  I will be posting about that when it happens.

So I have been really thinking about why some people can not admit and embrace their flaws. It really really bugs me when they point out yours but can not admit their own. I just do not get where they get off acting like that are perfect but in reality they are not. NO ONE IS SO GET OVER YOURSELF. I know that i am ridiculous and a pain in the ass most the time :) ha ha.  I met a girl recently who thought I was a snob like she flat out called me snobby.  And if you really get to know me and give me some time you will know that i am anything but snobby . She just really irritated me to the core and infact she was the snobby one. I just cant stand people like that anymore. AT ALL . Well class is starting ill blog more later :) peace

2nd day at blogging

So today I was not sore after working out with lilly and ryan. We worked out in college stations workout room which is pretty nice. We had a good time. I few guys in there were a little to in love with themselves. One guy I swear kept looking in the mirror at his self to make sure his man "pecks" were even. It was pretty hilarious to watch some of the men in there.  I did the bike machine and then another one with lilly. We worked out for maybe about 30 minutes. It was pretty good amount of time, I was really exccited this mourning when I woke up and I was not sore. But I did have sore throat. Which I hope it is just a cold.
I only had one class today which was soc 402. Which is a soc class on theory's, I dont really enjoy it but I have to take it.  And today in class we talked about John turner which he was a pretty interesting guy.  And in the middle of class this kid got up and the professor asked him if he was ok and the kid said yes i just haev to go to the bathroom, which at the time you think is normal but HE took his laptop only a few other students noticed then and he came back like 15 mintues later. I mean he is either brillant to take is computer to the bathroom to have something to work on while in there or just dumb and didnt want someone to take it. I dont know it was a little strange..

Anyways I have to get going I am getting ready for work 4-10 which is always interesting. Tomorrow is my day off and I am going food shopping which I hate and suck at. Wish me luck!

Today I started a blog ! ;-) We shall see how it goes.

My name is Elizabeth I am currently a senior at Purdue University. Today I decided to start a blog, just for fun and something to put my thoughts down since sometimes I have a million at a time. A little about myself I am currently 21 years old and trying to finish up school within the next year. I am majoring in law and society and double minoring in forensics and OLS. I am one of three girls which most of you who read this know. Lets just say I am the one that is ridiculous most of the time :) ..

My new years resolutions for 2010 are:

- Drink more water

- Get more A's

- Start running again

- Spend some QT with the family

I am really looking forward to running again which starts tonight with my sister Lilly! We are running after my history 104 night class which gets over at around 9pm.

Currently my grandpa Lahrman has a blog and so does my sisters husband Ryan so I hope mine is as entertaining as theirs has been ill be adding photos later when I figure it out. Well lets see how this goes.
